Now that it’s official I would love an opportunity to sit down with you and discuss your mortgage options. Things like mortgage insurance, who your home owners insurance provider is going to be, locking in your rate, etc. The sooner we can do this, the better. 

Keep in mind that your rate will continue to "float," until you give us the green light to lock it in! All other aspects of your loan can continue to be edited throughout the loan process.

Sign your

Loan Estimate

 

Keep an eye out for an email from me titled, "Disclosures for your mortgage application."  This email will include your loan estimate AND instructions on logging into your "WebCenter" account.

After logging into your "WebCenter," click the "Disclosure for your mortgage," hyperlink under the Loan Detail section to view your documents.

Then, click the eSign button to begin reviewing and electronically signing your documents.

Know that at this stage, nothing is final. We can continue to make changes to your mortgage but it is important for us to get signatures so we can push your file to processing and satisfy the financing approval deadline from your contract!

You are not finalizing any loan terms and are simply acknowledging you've received the package and you intend to proceed. You should be receiving these documents soon and know ahead of time the authorization code will be your 4 DIGIT BIRTH YEAR.

Processing

Getting your file over to our processor as quickly as possible is very important. Our processor’s job is to help us submit a strong/complete file to our underwriter and to do it fast enough to satisfy deadlines found on your contract.

 

They are also here to help you collect all of the documents & information necessary to close on time. Keep an eye out for a “needs list” they will send your way. Your processor will become your #1 contact; I will always be here but know that it is very important you communicate with your processor early and often!

Order your

Appraisal

After your home inspection is complete you will have can discuss the condition of the home with your realtor. 

If you are happy with the inspection and would like to move forward. All you have to do is shoot us over a quick message letting us know you are ready for us to order your appraisal and we'll take care of the rest!
